TDCX, a global leader in transformative customer experience solutions, is looking for a Front End Development Specialist focused on the Japan market. You will be responsible for translating design mock-ups into high-performance, responsive websites and landing pages.
What You'll Do
- Design and write clean code in HTML and CSS.
- Develop and implement new websites and landing pages based on project mock-ups, ensuring performance and responsiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks, quick fixes, and bugs, and devise solutions for desktop and mobile applications.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers and a technical lead to deliver intuitive interfaces and a great user experience.
What We're Looking For
- A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Layout (flexbox & grid), Responsive Design, and Web performance optimization.
- Experience with APIs, SCSS/LESS, NPM/Yarn, and a version control system.
- Meticulous and effective at troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
Nice to Have
- 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Proficiency in a modern JavaScript framework such as ReactJS (preferred), Angular, or Vue.
- Skills in React Hooks, Animation, CSS in JS, Webpack/Gulp/Grunt, Web Storage API, Unit Testing, Socket IO, CI/CD, and Skeleton.
- Understanding of Progressive Web Application (PWA) and Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP).
