Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a French Speaking Gaming Community Support Agent for individuals passionate about gaming and eager to help others. You will be the primary support contact for French-speaking gamers, assisting them with inquiries and helping to create a positive community environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent support to French-speaking gamers through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
- Assist players with inquiries related to games, accounts, and gameplay, ensuring a friendly and helpful experience.
- Monitor community interactions to maintain a positive atmosphere and effectively address any user concerns or disputes.
- Engage with the gaming community by sharing informative content and updates.
- Gather and document player feedback to communicate insights to the development team for ongoing improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and releases to offer knowledgeable support.
- Collaborate with other support agents to share knowledge and enhance service quality.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- A strong passion for gaming with knowledge of popular games and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to empathize with gamers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to support.
- Comfortable using various communication tools and platforms effectively.
