Next Job Abroad is looking for French-speaking Customer Support Agents for various projects. The role involves communicating with customers via multiple channels, ensuring efficient case resolution, and maintaining high customer satisfaction while representing a major brand.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
  • Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
  • Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets

What We're Looking For

  • Work mode type: hybrid
  • Locations: Athens, Chania, Thessaloniki, Greece (remote)
  • Flexibility: Most have the option to work remote from Greece
