Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a French Speaking Customer Service Representative specializing in subscription-based services. In this role, you'll be a key contact for our French-speaking customers, managing their inquiries and ensuring satisfaction while working from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries related to subscription services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in French.
- Provide information about subscription plans, offers, and product features.
- Assist customers with account setup, modifications, and cancellations as required.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on company offerings and subscription industry trends to assist customers effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in subscription-based or related industries.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in the use of customer service software and CRM systems.
- A motivation to work in a multicultural environment and embrace the opportunity of living in Greece.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
