Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional client support for a leading online bank. You will be the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and secure banking experience. This position offers the opportunity to work from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries related to online banking services, account management, and transactions via phone, email, and live chat in French.
- Assist customers with setting up new accounts, troubleshooting issues, and addressing concerns.
- Provide accurate information on banking products, services, promotions, and compliance regulations.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on banking trends and policies to offer informed guidance to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building relationships and trust.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Openness to relocating to Greece for work.
