Mercier Consultancy is looking for a French Customer Advisor for High-End Home Appliances to deliver top-tier customer support to our French-speaking clientele. In this remote role based in Greece, you will be the primary point of contact, resolving inquiries and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order assistance, and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve service quality.
- Stay knowledgeable about our product range and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management.
- A genuine interest in high-end home appliances and a commitment to excellent service.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English.
