About the Role

This independent contractor role offers a flexible, remote opportunity to work as a freight dispatcher for owner-operators operating under their own authority. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of freight movements, from securing loads to final delivery, while maintaining clear communication with drivers and brokers.

What You'll Do

  • Find and book freight through load boards and broker networks
  • Secure favorable rates through negotiation and market knowledge
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules, ensuring timely execution
