Glow25 by Primal State Performance GmbH is looking for a Freelance Web Development Trainer to support German-language courses at the Digital Career Institute (DCI). In this remote role, you’ll be responsible for teaching a live virtual class and helping participants make the transition into the IT industry.
What You'll Do
- Implement teaching content with a focus on practical relevance to train students as digital pioneers.
- Be available for advice and support on all content-related questions, building trusting relationships with students.
- Contribute ideas for optimizing the course and continuously evaluate to increase the learning experience.
- Guide participants from basic computer literacy to their first certificate within a year, seeing them off to their first IT job.
- Convey complex web development content in a creative and engaging way, tailored to different knowledge levels.
What We're Looking For
- German language proficiency at a C1 level.
- Successfully completed studies in programming, or a completed training/education in the field.
- Several years of professional experience in Web Development.
- Enthusiasm for tech topics and knowledge transfer.
- Creative ideas and methods for implementing the transfer from theory to practice.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills with a high degree of empathy.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills to convey complex tech topics understandably.
- Familiarity with tools for successful online teaching.
Nice to Have
- English language proficiency.
- Initial teaching experience.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates within the European Union.
