Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Software Developer specialized in Rust to join as an AI Tutor in Coding. In this role, you will collaborate on projects to enhance Generative AI models for specialized questions and complex reasoning. You'll use your domain expertise to shape how AI understands and communicates in your field.
What You'll Do
- Generate prompts that challenge AI models
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate AI answer accuracy
- Correct the model's responses based on your domain-specific knowledge
- Contribute to projects aligned with your skills on your own schedule
- Help shape the future of AI while ensuring technology benefits everyone
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience with Rust
- Code review experience is a must
- Advanced (C1) or above level of English
- Ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks quickly, and work with complex guidelines
- Laptop, internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge
