Mindrift invites experienced C++ developers to join as Freelance AI Trainers, shaping the future of Generative AI. In this role, you'll apply your software development expertise to improve AI models' performance on specialized questions and complex reasoning tasks. You'll be part of a global initiative that uses collective intelligence to ethically advance AI capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Generate prompts designed to challenge AI models with complex, domain-specific problems.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy and quality of AI-generated answers.
- Correct the model’s responses based on your expert C++ and software development knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- An Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- Professional code review experience is mandatory.
- Ability to learn new methods quickly, switch between tasks and topics efficiently, and work with complex, challenging guidelines.
- Access to a laptop and reliable internet connection, plus the enthusiasm and available time to take on this challenge.

- Previous experience working on AI projects.
