Mindrift is looking for a Freelance ServiceNow Expert to collaborate on projects that improve how Generative AI models handle specialized questions and complex reasoning. As an AI Tutor, you will create training prompts and refine model responses, directly influencing the ethical development of future AI.

What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of professional experience working with ServiceNow.
- Advanced (C1) or above level of English.
- Ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly.
- Ability to sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- Laptop, internet connection, and time available for remote freelance work.
