The selected individual will oversee IT project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and resources, and maintain clear communication between stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of IT projects
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules
- Coordinate technical and non-technical team members
- Monitor project progress against milestones
- Identify and mitigate potential risks
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout project lifecycle
- Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables meet defined requirements
- Manage changes to project scope efficiently
- Communicate updates to relevant parties promptly
- Allocate resources based on project needs
- Track budgets and expenditures
- Apply project management methodologies appropriately
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Support testing and deployment phases
- Gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with internal policies
- Work closely with development and operations teams
- Deliver post-implementation reviews
