About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product features based on user feedback and business goals
- Collaborate with software developers and QA teams throughout the development cycle
- Gather and analyze requirements from laboratory and IT stakeholders
- Maintain a detailed product backlog and roadmap
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in clinical diagnostics
- Support system validation and documentation processes
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical users
- Monitor performance metrics and system usage patterns
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and collect feedback
- Drive continuous improvement of system usability and functionality
- Manage timelines and deliverables for product releases
- Translate complex laboratory workflows into technical specifications
- Oversee integration with existing laboratory equipment and software
- Lead product demonstrations and training sessions
- Evaluate new technologies for potential integration
