Mindrift is seeking a Freelance GenAI Developer specializing in prompt engineering and data workflows. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Vibe Coding systems to deliver accurate, reliable, and well-reasoned outputs, solving complex tasks across a variety of domains. Our mission is to unlock the potential of Generative AI by tapping into expertise from around the world.

What You'll Do

Deliver well-reasoned, accurate, and clearly written outputs backed by credible sources.
Solve complex tasks in different domains with the help of automations.
Develop and submit precise answers based on complex prompts, including coding, automation, and data processing tasks.
Write and optimize Python scripts for data analysis, automation, and verification.
Work efficiently with large datasets, ensuring data is clean and well-structured.
Utilize various LLMs to generate advanced prompts and improve AI output quality.
Format outputs in required structures such as Markdown, JSON, and tables.
Identify and troubleshoot non-trivial technical problems related to AI workflows and integrations.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Upper-intermediate (B2) English level or above.
Strong data analysis and automation skills, with experience in scripting (e.g., Python) for task efficiency.
Proficient in working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
Ability to develop, test, and optimize AI-driven workflows and tools.
Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and quality in data processing and output.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks to enhance automation and problem-solving.
Ability to learn new methods quickly, switch between tasks and topics, and work with challenging, complex guidelines.
You have a laptop, internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.

Nice to Have

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in AI automation, data engineering, or software development.
