Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Civil Engineering Quality Assurance (AI Trainer) to help train and refine AI models in your field. At Mindrift, we believe in using collective intelligence to ethically shape the future of AI. You will play a key role in developing high-quality, accurate training data that influences how future AI understands civil engineering.
What You'll Do
- Create and refine content for accuracy and relevance across various civil engineering and physics topics, developing references and task examples.
- Assess the qualification tests of other experts to ensure their competency.
- Provide project support by answering guidelines-related questions from other experts in discussion forums.
- Review and evaluate tasks completed by other experts, ensuring alignment with project guidelines, providing constructive feedback, and editing content to improve quality.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s or PhD degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of professional civil engineering experience.
- An advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Generative AI, prompt engineering, or reviewing technical work.
- Experience in teaching, educating, lecturing, or training within your domain area.
