Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Chemistry - Quality Assurance (AI Trainer) to evaluate complex question-answer pairs and develop scoring criteria for grading AI responses. In this role, you will help shape the future of Generative AI by creating content, qualifying experts, and auditing work to ensure high-quality outputs.
What You'll Do
- Create and refine content for accuracy and relevance across a variety of topics, while developing references and task examples.
- Assess qualification tests of experts to ensure their competency.
- Provide project support by addressing questions from other experts in Discord chats, particularly those related to guidelines.
- Review and evaluate tasks completed by AI Trainers, ensuring alignment with project guidelines, providing constructive feedback, verifying expertise-related information, and editing content to improve quality.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's or PhD Degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.
- At least 6 years of professional experience.
- An Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- Experience in writing or evaluating complex Large Language Model (LLM) prompts.
- Experience in Teaching, Lecturing, or Consulting within your domain.
- Readiness to learn new methods, ability to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and capacity to work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- A laptop, reliable internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm for challenging work.
