Mindrift is hiring a Freelance Biology Expert with Python to collaborate on projects that enhance generative AI models. You will apply your deep domain knowledge to train AI systems in handling specialized questions and complex reasoning within biology.
What You'll Do
- Generate challenging prompts to test and improve AI models.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
- Correct model responses based on domain-specific knowledge.
- Create training prompts and refine responses to shape future AI capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Biology or a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of focused professional experience in a specific biology area.
- An advanced (C1) or higher level of English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
- A strong ability to design creative, diverse, and computationally intensive problems.
- Readiness to learn new methods, switch between tasks quickly, and work with complex guidelines.
- Access to a laptop, a reliable internet connection, and available time for remote freelance work.
