Mindrift is looking for a Freelance AI Trainer with expertise in civil engineering. In this role, you will leverage your engineering judgment to train and evaluate AI models on realistic, non-routine problems. You will contribute directly to how future AI systems reason about engineering challenges.
What You'll Do
- Design technically rigorous civil engineering problems grounded in professional practice.
- Evaluate AI-generated solutions for engineering accuracy, assumptions, and logic.
- Use Python with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy to validate calculations and analyze outputs.
- Improve AI reasoning to align with professional codes, standards, and engineering principles.
- Apply structured scoring criteria to assess model performance and guide improvements.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python for technical computation and analysis.
- 3+ years of professional or advanced academic experience in one or more civil engineering specializations.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
- The ability to design computationally intensive, non-trivial engineering problems.
