What You'll Do
Examine the full lifecycle of game production—from concept and asset creation to coding, testing, and marketing—to pinpoint inefficiencies where AI can make a measurable impact. Develop a prioritized strategy for integrating AI technologies such as large language models, generative art systems, and automated testing tools, focusing on solutions with the strongest return on investment.
Design and implement custom workflows that reduce repetitive tasks while preserving creative and technical quality. Build functional prototypes of AI-powered tools tailored for Unity-based development, demonstrating how they fit into existing pipelines. Equip both leadership and development teams with the knowledge and frameworks needed to sustain and expand AI adoption after your engagement ends.
Requirements
- Strong, current expertise in AI technologies, including large language models (GPT, Claude, local models), generative image tools (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney), and AI coding assistants.
- Hands-on experience with Unity and C#, and familiarity with game development pipelines.
- Proven success in deploying AI solutions that reduced time, cost, or effort in fast-moving product environments.
- Ability to cut through marketing noise and identify AI tools that deliver real, scalable value.
- Fluency in English, with clear communication skills for both technical engineers and creative leads.
- Experience in short-term consulting roles requiring autonomy and rapid impact.
