- Drive the expansion of our brand across the US market by identifying and acquiring new franchise partners
- Analyze market potential, locations, and regional dynamics to support strategic growth decisions
- Navigate and evaluate legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to franchising in the United States
- Lead and support negotiations of franchise agreements in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with partners and guide them through the onboarding process
- Act as a key interface between headquarters and US partners to ensure a smooth market entry and sustainable growth
