Xapo Bank is offering a 12-month graduate program for individuals starting their careers who want to propel their growth in Fintech, Banking, and Blockchain. As an FP&A Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, directly contributing to strategic decision-making from day one.

What You'll Do

Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
Assist in analyzing financial data to identify initial trends and provide supporting insights for business decisions.
Help prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including variance analysis and performance summaries.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasting tools.
Assist in preparing presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Support the preparation of business cases for new initiatives and investments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data.
Learn to monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to identifying areas for improvement.
Assist with aspects of the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and procedures.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Analytical thinking, with the potential to analyze data and learn to draw meaningful conclusions.
A proactive attitude towards learning to identify and address financial issues.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Eagerness to learn and develop new financial skills and knowledge.
A methodical approach to tasks and a focus on accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with a willingness to develop financial modeling and data analysis skills.
Familiarity with basic financial reporting and accounting concepts gained through academic studies.
Genuine interest in fintech and the crypto space, with a desire to learn about the financial services industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to learn to present findings clearly.
