What You'll Do
Oversee the execution of new foundry and fabrication transfers by leading technical discussions and alignment sessions with external manufacturing partners. Guide the introduction of advanced technologies through active coordination between internal engineering teams and external foundries.
Work closely with yield engineering teams at partner facilities to ensure reliable product launches for critical technologies and customer programs. Facilitate regular technical review cycles, including weekly and quarterly meetings, to monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain alignment on key performance metrics.
Manage process change notifications (PCNs) and equipment modifications, ensuring all updates are properly assessed, documented, and implemented without compromising quality or reliability. Partner with quality assurance groups to evaluate, qualify, and deploy process enhancements across manufacturing lines.
Lead investigations into process deviations, directing root cause analysis, material review decisions, and the implementation of corrective measures. Act as the primary technical liaison during quality audits, representing foundry operations with a focus on compliance, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation.
