Shape the future of financial product design as a foundational member of a growing team. You’ll lead end-to-end design for core product areas including account creation, lending, and customer service—turning intricate financial processes into clear, confident user journeys.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design across key product flows, ensuring consistency and usability at every touchpoint
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system that aligns product and marketing experiences
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and go-to-market teams to rapidly prototype and launch features
- Use storytelling, wireframes, and prototypes to clarify complex ideas and align stakeholders
- Guide visual identity across digital platforms, campaigns, and presentations
- Help establish design practices and mentor a growing team as the company scales
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech or complex B2B environments
- Proven ability to create reusable, scalable design systems
- Exceptional attention to interaction design, typography, and visual clarity
- Passion for simplifying dense forms and complicated interfaces without losing functionality
- Design approach rooted in empathy, informed by user research and feedback
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, uncertain environments and launching early versions that evolve
- Strong ownership mindset—self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 depending on experience and location, paired with a generous equity package. US-based employees receive comprehensive health coverage, a $100 monthly wellness stipend, and $100 weekly for lunch or groceries. We offer unlimited PTO and a hybrid work model.
Work Environment
This role is hybrid, with team members in New York City expected to work from the office three days per week. The workspace is designed to support collaboration and creativity, located near Madison Square Park.
