Weekday is hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer to build the core of our AI-driven audit platform. As an early, high-ownership role, you will shape core product architecture and define what modern internal audit software should look like.
What You'll Do
- Build the core of our AI-driven audit platform.
- Work directly with the leadership team to design and implement systems and interfaces that power workflows.
- Ship features end-to-end—from database design to polished user experiences.
- Turn complex, messy workflows into simple, reliable software that auditors can use without training.
- Build APIs that integrate with AI agents.
- Design review interfaces for AI outputs.
- Ensure the product feels fast, intuitive, and trustworthy.
- Shape core product architecture and influence how users interact with AI systems.
- Work closely with users, iterate quickly, and take full responsibility for features from conception to production.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional development experience.

This is a small, in-person team where you will work directly with the leadership team. We are hiring for our first non-founder roles and operate with a culture of moving quickly and working closely with experienced operators.
