Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of frontend systems for customer-facing applications, working closely with product and design teams to deliver refined user experiences
- Develop full-stack user-facing features by coordinating with AI, data, and backend engineering teams on service integrations and API specifications
- Convert complex, poorly defined customer challenges and AI-generated outputs into simple, user-friendly interfaces
- Rapidly build prototypes, conduct user observations, and refine the product based on real-world usage and feedback
- Define and implement foundational frontend practices including reusable components, automated testing, accessibility, performance optimization, and coding standards
- Collaborate with product and design to shape and refine the product’s visual language and interaction models
- Contribute to building the engineering team culture and influence early-stage hiring decisions
