Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founding team on mission-critical parts of scaling the startup.
- Act as a sparring partner to the founding team in building the foundation of a category-defining Fintech.
- Shape and execute GTM strategy alongside the founders.
- Scout the European Fintech ecosystem for new opportunities.
- Craft narrative from LinkedIn thought-leadership to sales collateral.
- Act as the 'translator' between business needs and technical roadmap.
- Turn partner feedback into clear, actionable briefs for engineering team.
- Streamline internal workflows and support founders with mission-critical processes and investor reporting.
- Work as a co-pilot with founders to architect business cases and strategic briefs for conversations with major banks and financial platforms.
- Ensure proposals are data-driven and commercially bulletproof.
- Take ownership of 'unowned' problems such as exploring AI-driven tools, preparing for board meetings, or representing AnyTax at industry events.
