As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer Intern, you will engage directly with customers to identify their most pressing challenges and translate complex requirements into functional, data-driven solutions. You’ll take responsibility for entire project lifecycles, working in small, agile teams with minimal oversight to deliver high-impact outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with clients to deeply understand operational challenges and define technical approaches
- Design and build custom applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Process and analyze large datasets to uncover insights and inform decision-making
- Collaborate with engineers to refine system architecture and ensure scalability
- Present technical strategies and progress updates to both technical and executive audiences
- Help shape team priorities and guide project execution in fast-moving environments
Who You Are
You are currently enrolled in a technical degree program in Poland or recently graduated (after November 2025), with a strong foundation in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field. You are fluent in English and able to fully dedicate yourself to a full-time internship without concurrent academic enrollment.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, or JavaScript is required. You’re comfortable working independently, solving ambiguous problems, and adapting quickly to new domains and technologies.
Work Environment
This role is based in New York City, with hybrid flexibility allowing remote work one or two days per week. Onsite collaboration is encouraged to foster innovation and team alignment. You must be available to relocate for 6 to 12 months starting October 2026.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly compensation is estimated at $10,000, with total pay reflecting experience, skills, and qualifications. Additional benefits include relocation support, mentorship from experienced engineers, and access to real-world projects with global impact. Long-term incentives are not included in this estimate.
