Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to turn unclear business challenges into functional AI solutions.
- Construct the foundational data systems that support AI applications.
- Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent-based workflows using current large language models.
- Develop testing frameworks and safety controls to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Integrate AI solutions into clients' current software ecosystems.
- Help build internal tools and sample implementations to strengthen the organization's AI capabilities.
- Design and implement reliable data pipelines and infrastructure for AI-driven applications, ensuring data is accurate and accessible.
- Build full-cycle data workflows for RAG, covering data collection, segmentation, embedding creation, vector storage, and retrieval tuning.
- Create comprehensive evaluation tools to monitor quality, safety, cost efficiency, and response speed in production and pre-deployment environments.
- Connect AI components to client platforms using REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Develop production-ready applications using large language models, including chatbots, AI assistants, autonomous agents, and back-end automation tools.
- Implement agent-driven workflows using technologies like Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, or similar, supporting tool integration, planning, and multi-step execution.
- Lead fast-paced prototyping cycles with clients, delivering working demos quickly and refining toward production readiness.
- Document system designs, share insights across teams, and support internal tooling and reference projects.
