Responsibilities
- Migrate new customers off their old support system to Pylon
- Within your first week, run customer migration meetings
- Communicate directly with customers and become their main "problem-solver" as they navigate rebuilding their processes and data in Pylon
- Become a deep product expert and guide customers to the right solution. The customer isn't always right and they often don't know what they want. It's up to you to teach them
- Contribute to pre-sales calls as the be-all-end-all for potential solutions
- Be an expert not only in Pylon, but also the systems we migrate from (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
- Juggle many customers at once and drive them to completion
- Iteratively improve the migration process
Requirements
- Located in (or will relocate to) San Francisco and excited about working in-person
- Very organized, hard working and fast. You will be juggling many migrations at once.
- Detail-oriented and fast learner. You'll need to become the product expert in many tools quickly.
- An interest in tinkering with the product and suggesting improvements
