Groupe Rocher, a company on a mission to reconnect women and men to Nature, seeks a Forklift Operator N2. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping goods according to client requirements for quantity, quality, cost, and deadlines. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will ensure all operations meet hygiene, safety, and environmental standards.
What You'll Do
- Perform transfer operations respecting safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Perform preparation and handling operations, including unboxing, packaging, and palletizing.
- Ensure stock consistency and manage waste removal.
- Operate specific equipment, including forklifts and machines.
- Train new hires on job standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain the work environment and equipment.
- Report any quality anomalies to guarantee activity and product conformity.
- Perform repackaging operations respecting safety, quality, and environmental standards.
What We're Looking For
- A CAP qualification or equivalent skills.
- A valid CACES license for categories 1, 3, and 5.
- Reactivity, rigor, and a strong team spirit.
- The ability to detect anomalies and alert the team.
- Autonomy and analytical capacity.
Nice to Have
- First experience operating material handling equipment.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Logistics Manager.
Work Mode
This position is onsite.
