Francis Howell School District is hiring an Assistant Football Coach to contribute to a dynamic high school athletic program. In this role, you’ll work under the direction of the Head Coach to inspire, motivate, and teach students football-specific skills while fostering positive character traits, teamwork, and strong community relationships.
What You'll Do
- Support the Head Coach in managing all aspects of the football program.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective practice schedules, strategies, and game plans.
- Promote and uphold sportsmanship and team values.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and the community.
- Ensure student eligibility and adherence to district and state policies.
- Collaborate with the Head Coach, athletic directors, and other staff as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Assistant Coaches must have completed 60 or more college credit hours prior to coaching.

Works under the direction of the Head Coach.

This is an onsite position located at Francis Howell High School.
