AccorHotel is hiring a Food & Beverage Management Trainee

AccorHotel is looking for a Food & Beverage Management Trainee to join our team. You will assist in managing and coordinating the Hotel's Restaurant, Bar, and Room Service to ensure top efficiency and the highest guest satisfaction. This role is an opportunity to learn purchasing actions and help managers increase sales and productivity.

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing and motivating teams to improve sales and quality of F&B services.
• Assist managers in increasing sales and productivity of F&B points of sale.
• Supervise Ambassadors during shift operations and liaise with kitchen staff to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Receive guest comments and complaints, ensuring follow-up.
• Develop relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and ensure they receive a warm, personalized welcome.
• Take and check inventories that have been carried out.
• Help the manager analyze guests' comments and share them with the team.
• Maintain staff focus on 'the Customer's need', individualizing and personalizing service.
• Handle multiple priorities and exercise good judgment when dealing with guest situations.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a supervisory or internship role in a restaurant establishment.
• Minimum 2-year F&B/Hospitality degree required, or in progress toward a 4-year degree, preferably in Hospitality.
• Must be service quality oriented.
• Must be flexible to work evening and weekend hours.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent English (oral and written).

Nice to Have

• French or other second language a definite plus.
