Capgemini is seeking a Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart within a regulated Financial Services / Insurance environment. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, production‑grade mobile solutions focused on performance and security.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive, reusable UI components for iOS and Android.
- Ensure consistent user experience across devices, screen sizes, and platforms.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services using RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Optimize application performance, stability, and memory usage.
- Troubleshoot defects and support production issues as needed.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning and delivery.
- Ensure applications meet security, quality, and compliance standards required in regulated environments.
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands‑on experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Experience building production mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
- Experience with state management solutions such as BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile/backend integrations.
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, client‑facing environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience with native Android or iOS development for platform‑specific integrations.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile application build and deployment.
- Prior experience in Financial Services or Insurance environments.
- Familiarity with mobile security, authentication, and compliance considerations.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $100,000 - $118,000 yearly.
