SupportYourApp is looking for a fluent Ukrainian Full-Stack Web Developer specializing in headless WordPress to join our international community. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our corporate website, working closely with the marketing team and the Chief Marketing Officer to achieve ambitious business goals.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain a headless WordPress architecture.
Optimize website performance, with a particular focus on mobile.
Implement lazy loading, partial rendering, and improvements to Core Web Vitals.
Apply technical SEO best practices.
Maintain external integrations such as forms, webhooks, and APIs.
Ensure the security and stability of the site.
Support CI/CD processes.
Participate in redesigns and UX improvements from a technical perspective.
After 1-2 years, initiate architectural improvements where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience with WordPress, including custom post types, hooks, and the REST API.
Confident knowledge of PHP 8+.
English language proficiency at Intermediate+ (B1+) level.
Experience working with a headless CMS approach.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with Tailwind CSS and Webpack.
Practical experience with performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals like LCP, CLS, and INP.
Understanding of technical SEO (structured data, sitemap, canonical tags, crawlability).
Experience with REST API integrations (HubSpot or similar).
Understanding of web security best practices based on OASP basic principles.
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of changes.
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum processes and manage tasks in tracking systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively between technical and marketing teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Result-oriented mindset with a proven ability to complete projects within set deadlines.

Nice to Have

Experience with CDN configuration.
Experience with server-side tracking.
Understanding of modern frontend approaches like SSR, SSG, and Edge rendering.
Experience with Nginx.
Basic understanding of Docker.
