SupportYourApp is hiring a (fluent French & English) Technical SaaS Support Specialist (Global, remote)

Responsibilities

  • Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for using the software.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and report bugs.
  • Create and maintain documentation for user support.
  • Monitor and analyze support tickets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for users.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the product.
  • Manage and prioritize support requests efficiently.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on user interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise in the product.
  • Ensure data security and privacy in all support interactions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
  • Stay updated with the latest product features and updates.
  • Contribute to the development of support tools and resources.
  • Handle escalated support issues with expertise and professionalism.
  • Provide support in multiple time zones to accommodate global users.
  • Document and track all support interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address pre-sales technical queries.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
