SupportYourApp is looking for a Fluent English Technical Support Consultant to join our team remotely from Latin America. In this role, you will provide outstanding technical support and build strong customer relationships for our global support-as-a-service company.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding technical support via emails.
- Escalate complex cases to the internal T2 team.
- Assist customers with onboarding processes.
- Handle billing inquiries and process refunds.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Keep up with evolving tools and technologies.
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet key performance indicators.
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and follow precise procedures.
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
- Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
- Personal computer (at least 8GB of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience providing support for SaaS or app-based companies.
