About the Role

Join SupportYourApp, a global leader in Intelligent Support-as-a-Service, as a Customer Support Consultant delivering outstanding support via phone, chat, and email for the hospitality sector. In this remote role, you'll build strong customer relationships, handle sensitive data with care, and collaborate with developers in a dynamic, multicultural, and multilingual environment.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships
  • Keep up with evolving tools and technology
  • Handle sensitive customer data with care and security
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English skills (C1 level for both spoken and written)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills
  • Experience in the travel industry
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
  • A personal computer (with at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in hospitality or logistics
  • Experience with Zendesk or high proficiency with another CRM
  • Experience with tickets
