About the Role

SupportYourApp is looking for a (Fluent English) Customer Support Consultant to join our global Support-as-a-Service team. In this fully remote role, you will deliver outstanding customer support for clients in the hospitality sector, applying the latest customer happiness practices within a multicultural, multilingual environment.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails.
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI targets.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
  • Keep up with evolving tools and technology.
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English skills (C1 level for both spoken and written).
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
  • Experience in the travel industry.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).

  • Experience in hospitality or logistics.
