Responsibilities
- Provide telemedicine-first primary care to adult patients
- Conduct two-way video-audio appointments
- Ensure continuity of care through provider empanelment
- Diagnose and treat a variety of adult/primary care conditions
- Work with patient care advocates and medical team for care coordination and follow-up
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Completed an accredited medical program with national certification
- Currently licensed in Florida
- Valid Florida DEA Registration in good standing with all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2
- Must be Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine
- Willingness to learn how to diagnose and treat a variety of adult/primary care conditions
- A PC with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac newer than 2020 is required
- Applicants must reside in the United States of America
Nice to Have
- At least 2 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred
- Experience as a primary care provider in a clinical setting
