As a Fixed Network Assurance Engineer, you will be a key part of our Network Operations team, carrying out the operation and maintenance of the Fixed & IP core network across all company sites. This role is a preparation stage for gaining an expertise position, where you will perform remote monitoring, diagnosis, and rectification of network problems.
What You'll Do
- Perform network supervision and monitoring.
- Conduct first-level troubleshooting of network entities.
- Control change and configuration management activities.
- Manage network incidents and crises.
- Monitor network performance.
- Handle network expansions and enhancements.
- Resolve customer trouble tickets.
- Keep detailed records of incidents according to local and global governance.
- Contribute to the development and operation of Network Management systems.
What We're Looking For

- A first degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
- Very good knowledge of English, both oral and written.
Nice to Have
- One (1) year of experience in telecommunications or Computer Systems.
- IP Networking knowledge, with certifications like CCNA being preferable.
- A fundamental understanding of and hands-on experience with network technologies including routing/switching and VLANs.
- Familiarity with other BSS systems, such as Siebel.
