G+C Dienstleistungs GmbH is looking for a First-Level bzw. Helpdesk Administrator (m/w/d) to provide first-level support and ensure smooth IT operations for our fashion retail group. You'll be part of our central IT department, supporting end-users and maintaining key systems.
What You'll Do
- Provide first-level support for end-users, covering virtual desktops, office applications, and the ERP system.
- Handle telephone and remote support for Windows-based virtual desktops and their applications.
- Process service tickets and email requests, routing them to second- and third-level support.
- Analyze and troubleshoot errors to ensure disruption-free IT operations.
- Open and track service tickets.
- Reset passwords for various IT systems.
- Manage the PC and thin client environment in central administration.
- Support user end devices using MDM (JAMF) and remote support with NinjaOne.
What We're Looking For
- A completed apprenticeship, e.g., as a Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience as an IT network and security administrator.
- Knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Expertise in user administration in Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of desktop virtualization, specifically session administration.
- Previous experience working with an ERP system.
- An independent, responsible, and structured way of working.
- Good communication skills for interacting with various interfaces.
