Tietoevry is hiring a Finnish speaking Customer Support Consultant - Tieto Banktech (m/f/d)

About the Role

The role involves delivering technical customer support primarily in Finnish, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining service quality for banking technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline technical support to customers using Finnish as the primary language
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to banking software systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal platforms
  • Document support cases with accurate technical details and resolutions
  • Escalate complex technical problems to higher-tier teams when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system updates and technical changes
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements and response time targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes
  • Assist in creating and updating user documentation and FAQs
  • Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential service disruptions
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps in a clear and professional manner
  • Track and report recurring technical issues for long-term resolution
  • Support onboarding of new clients to the platform
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain customer data confidentiality and adhere to security policies
  • Work according to defined support workflows and escalation paths
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service quality
  • Handle service requests related to user access and permissions
  • Assist with testing minor system updates in coordination with technical teams
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all open support tickets
