About the Role
The role involves delivering technical customer support primarily in Finnish, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining service quality for banking technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline technical support to customers using Finnish as the primary language
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to banking software systems
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal platforms
- Document support cases with accurate technical details and resolutions
- Escalate complex technical problems to higher-tier teams when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system updates and technical changes
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements and response time targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes
- Assist in creating and updating user documentation and FAQs
- Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential service disruptions
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps in a clear and professional manner
- Track and report recurring technical issues for long-term resolution
- Support onboarding of new clients to the platform
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain customer data confidentiality and adhere to security policies
- Work according to defined support workflows and escalation paths
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service quality
- Handle service requests related to user access and permissions
- Assist with testing minor system updates in coordination with technical teams
- Ensure timely follow-up on all open support tickets
