About the Role

Next Job Abroad is looking for Finnish speakers for customer support projects located in Athens, Chania, or Thessaloniki, with remote work options from Greece. The role involves handling customer communications and ensuring high-quality support experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Handle tickets, following support procedures and policies.
  • Communicate with customers via chat & e-mail, following support procedures and policies.
  • Follow specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution and closure.
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.
  • Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets.
  • Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.
  • Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.

Type: Hybrid
Locations: Athens, Chania, Thessaloniki, Greece (remote)
Flexibility: Most have the option to work remote from Greece too!
