Invisible Technologies is hiring a Finnish Language Specialist - AI Trainer. In this role, you will help train advanced language models by challenging them on Finnish language topics and meticulously documenting their failures. Your work will directly improve the factual accuracy and logical reasoning of AI systems.
What You'll Do
- Converse with AI models on complex Finnish language scenarios.
- Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs.
- Capture reproducible error traces and document model failure modes to harden model reasoning.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
- Challenge models on Finnish grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in Finnish grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.
Nice to Have
- Master’s or PhD in Finnish language, linguistics, or a closely related field.
- Peer-reviewed publications.
- Teaching experience.
- Hands-on linguistic analysis projects.
