Gunnebo is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (m/w/d) to join our team. In this role, you will own budget and forecast processes, develop our business intelligence capabilities, and serve as a key financial partner across departments within an international context.
What You'll Do
- Lead the entire budget process, including planning, creation, and monitoring of the annual budget in close cooperation with specialist departments.
- Execute and coordinate the regularly recurring forecast process.
- Improve and further develop the Business Intelligence (BI) tool.
- Act as a business partner, advising and supporting specialist departments on financial questions, analyses, and strategic decisions.
- Support the Controlling and Accounting departments with BI and analysis questions.
- Create and develop financial planning and forecasting processes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of financial processes and guidelines to ensure consistent and efficient financial management.
- Support with ad-hoc analyses and projects to relieve the financial director in strategic decisions.
- Lead and participate in projects related to business developments, process improvements, and system implementations.
- Ensure compliance with group guidelines and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role.
- Experience in using BI tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of numbers and processes.
- Understanding of project profitability, as well as an analytical, structured & team-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and assertiveness.
- Analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working.
- Very good German language skills and negotiation-level English skills.
