HireHawk is looking for a Financial Modeling Analyst to support our growing business with rigorous financial analysis and clear decision support. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, operates with ownership, and is comfortable translating financial data into practical insights for leadership.

What You'll Do

Build, maintain, and refine financial models to support forecasting, planning, and scenario analysis.
Own budgeting and forecasting processes, including updates based on actual performance.
Prepare and deliver regular financial reports with variance analysis against plan.
Support business decision-making through ad hoc analysis and financial insights.

What We're Looking For

Demonstrated experience in financial analysis focused on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experience building and maintaining financial models for business planning and scenario analysis.
Ability to prepare recurring financial reports that track performance against budget or forecast.
Experience supporting stakeholders with ad hoc financial analysis and insights.
Professional experience operating in a mid-senior level analytical capacity.
