EX Squared is seeking a Financial Management Lead to own and drive our financial operations and strategic direction. You will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and compliance while supporting key business decisions.
What You'll Do
- Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Oversee all accounting operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and financial risk
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management or senior accounting roles
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Proven experience building and managing financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Strong analytical skills and experience translating data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders
