Nivoda is hiring a Financial Data Analyst - BI & FP&A to join our Finance team under the CFO. Your mission is to turn raw operating and financial data into powerful, executive-ready insights that help keep the company on plan. You will play a key role in benchmarking Nivoda against other high-growth marketplaces and partnering with senior leaders to shape decisions that accelerate performance.
What You'll Do
- Design and own the executive scorecard, defining north-star and driver metrics by segment, product, geo, cohort, and channel.
- Create the metric logic, data lineage, and testing so board and C-suite can fully trust the numbers.
- Stand up automated ELT/ETL pipelines from operating systems into SQL warehouse and model clean data marts for Finance.
- Build dashboards that replace manual slides and spreadsheets, and create semantic layers for self-serve analytics.
- Dig into performance vs. plan (weekly, monthly, quarterly), uncovering trends, decomposing variances, and mapping driver trees.
- Benchmark Nivoda against other high-growth marketplaces and SaaS businesses, then work with FP&A to turn insights into action.
- Own metric contracts across Sales, RevOps, Product, Marketing, CS, and Billing — ensuring clean, complete inputs.
- Document definitions, run QA checks, and champion data quality and reproducibility across Finance.
- Craft clear, visual narratives for business reviews and board decks - translating complexity into sharp, simple insights and next steps.
