Deep Sky is looking for a part-time Finance Operations Assistant focused on accounts payable to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations. You will be a key player in managing our day-to-day financial transactions and supporting the integrity of our accounting records.
What You'll Do
- Process and verify vendor invoices and employee expense reports
- Execute payment runs via ACH, wire transfer, and check
- Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance operations role
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a part-time schedule effectively
- High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling financial data
