About the Role

This role is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis for growth projects and new program launches, providing strategic insights to executive leadership, and ensuring financial discipline across evolving business segments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning and analysis for new business programs and expansion opportunities
  • Develop financial models to evaluate the viability of growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define funding requirements and resource allocation
  • Monitor performance of new programs against financial targets
  • Prepare executive-level reports on financial outcomes and forecasts
  • Identify cost structures and profitability drivers for emerging business lines
  • Support due diligence for potential partnerships or market expansions
  • Establish financial controls and reporting frameworks for new projects
  • Guide budgeting and forecasting processes specific to growth divisions
  • Assess risks associated with new market entries or product lines
  • Partner with operations to align financial goals with execution timelines
  • Drive efficiency improvements in financial processes for scaling operations
  • Evaluate return on investment for capital expenditures in growth areas
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards across new programs
